Standard Return Policy
We accept returns on non-custom orders. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original Veroro Fine Jewelry box and packaging, with the original jewelry tag attached. To initiate a return, please contact contact@verorofinejewelry.com. Returns must be initiated and the item shipped within 14 days of delivery.

Custom Order Return Policy
Due to the personalized nature of custom designs, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom pieces. Each piece is made to your specifications, ensuring it is uniquely yours.

Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Veroro Fine Jewelry offers a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects on all non-custom and custom pieces.This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, or normal wear.
