Veroro Terms of Service

Last updated: April 18, 2026

Welcome to Veroro. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Throughout these Terms, “Veroro,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Veroro. “You” and “your” refer to the user of this site or the customer purchasing from us.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given consent for any minor dependants to use this site under your supervision.

You may not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, nor may you use this website in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

A breach of any of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our services.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason.

You understand that your content, excluding payment information, may be transferred unencrypted across various networks and adapted to conform to technical requirements of connecting devices or networks. Payment information is always handled securely through our payment providers.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without our prior written permission.

3. Accuracy of Information

We do our best to ensure that all information on our website is accurate, complete, and current. However, we do not guarantee that all information is always error-free, complete, or up to date.

The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting more accurate or more timely sources where appropriate.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed.

4. Products

We specialise in fine jewelry. Because many of our products are handmade or produced using natural materials, slight variations may occur between pieces, including variations in stone appearance, enamel finish, metal tone, weight, dimensions, and other visual details. Such variations are not defects but part of the nature of fine jewelry.

We make every effort to display our products and colours as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect colours precisely.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, region, or jurisdiction where lawful and appropriate.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

5. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s). All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when we accept your order and dispatch the product, or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for lawful reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or errors in product or shipping information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our site are shown in [GBP/USD] and are [inclusive/exclusive] of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

For customers in the United Kingdom, VAT or other taxes may apply depending on our registration status and the nature of the sale. Any import duties, customs charges, local taxes, or handling fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. We are not obliged to honour incorrect prices caused by typographical, technical, or system errors.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

7. Shipping, Delivery, Risk and Title

Delivery times shown on our site are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, risk in the goods passes to you, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Title to the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full and the goods have been dispatched, subject to applicable law.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect delivery information supplied by you.

For international orders, you are responsible for complying with local import laws and regulations.

8. Cancellation Rights for Consumers

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. If you exercise this right, you then generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

This cancellation right does not apply to certain goods, including:

  • products made to your specifications;
  • clearly personalised items;
  • sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery;
  • any other items excluded by applicable law.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in a clear statement by email at [insert customer service email] before the cancellation period expires.

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, with all packaging, documentation, and any certificates where applicable.

We may reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. We may also withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Goods

If goods you receive are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may have remedies under applicable consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If you believe an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us promptly at [insert customer service email] with your order number and details of the issue.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Bespoke, Made-to-Order, and Personalized Items

Certain Veroro products may be made to order, customized, engraved, resized to request, or otherwise personalised.

Unless faulty or not as described, such items are final sale and may not be cancelled or returned once production has begun, to the extent permitted by law. This reflects the legal exception for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

We may require full or partial upfront payment before beginning work on bespoke or personalized items.

Design drawings, renderings, CAD files, stone sourcing, and similar preparatory work remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Jewelry Care and Use

Fine jewelry should be handled and worn with care. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, exposure to chemicals, impact, unauthorised repairs, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow any care instructions we provide.

Certain stones, settings, finishes, and enamel details may require extra care.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product names, designs, videos, and website content, is owned by or licensed to Veroro and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, display, publish, or exploit any part of our content without our prior written consent.

13. User Comments and Submissions

If you submit reviews, feedback, suggestions, testimonials, photographs, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, publish, translate, adapt, and display that content in connection with our business and marketing, unless otherwise agreed.

You confirm that any content you submit does not violate the rights of any third party and is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or misleading.

We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to remove content that we consider unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate.

14. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content or accuracy, and we do not warrant or accept liability for third-party materials, websites, products, or services.

15. Privacy

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veroro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the site or purchase of products from us.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • defective products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded; or
  • any matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability.

Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Veroro and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and employees from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nevertheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. This shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

19. Termination

These Terms remain effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may stop using our site at any time.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our site or services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or used the site unlawfully.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies posted on our site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the site and purchases from us.

21. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.
