We accept returns on non-custom orders. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original Veroro Fine Jewelry box and packaging, with the original jewelry tag attached. Warranty

Veroro Fine Jewelry offers a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects on all non-custom and custom pieces.This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, or normal wear.
